Signs of Bees on Your Property

Watch for these signs of bee activity to know it’s time to call for removal:

  • Small piles of bee droppings accumulating below holes. Droppings appear yellow-brown.

  • Evidence of “bee pollen” around entrances. Look for orange, yellow, or brown powder.

  • Wood damage or small bore holes appearing suddenly. This indicates carpenter bees are nesting.

At Save the Bee Rescue Co. we pride ourselves in the relocation of EVERY rescued bee . Our own beekeeper, Todd Preator, takes these bees that were saved to his house and puts them in a beehive. He cares for these hives so they will grow stronger. Once the colony is healthy enough, he moves them to parks, orchards, gardens, and other places that will benefit greatly from having them. Many of these locations have been donated by advocates who have joined the mission to “save the bees”.

******* WE NEVER EXTERMINATE HONEY BEES *******

Save the Bee Rescue Co. has joined forces with Turner Community Garden to help the community even more and teach people together, with the goal of Saving the Bees as their shared goal. Besides our partnership, we’re also thrilled to say that our first store, which will be right next door to the Garden, will be opening soon. This store will sell more than just our tasty honey and honey products. It will also have garden-themed items and food.

We will also show off our unique line of Bee Fairy products, which we have carefully made by hand. We care so much about what we do to help our bees (and the planet!) stay alive, and we’re proud of everything we make for our customers. Once a customer, always a customer, and most likely a new supporter who will help us reach our goals. Kids in our communities need to be passionate about bees so that when they grow up, they know how important and necessary bees are to our survival.

Have happy customers who are raving about you on social media? Share their stories to help turn new people into loyal customers.

Running a rescue company does cost money to buy beehives and food for the bees and medications. along with gas and expenses that come with each removal. The things we sell will help us raise money to keep working to save bees.

We have started to really get ready to open our store. We just finished reading a book about bee fairies. The kids can use it to learn about bees by watching what the bee fairies do. we will have honey, lip balms, fairy houses, and many other items to be announced later.

If you call a bee keeper and they say they can get rid of the bees, you should call a bee removal company that doesn’t do that. After we get rid of the bees, my bee vacuum can be opened up so the customer can see them and know they will be moved safely. We will also after there bees start producing honey, we send them a jar if their honey.

Your contribution will enable us to continue with our mission. It cost for the bee hive equipment every time we make a rescue. I try to make my own to save money, but a rescue takes two to ten hours, and I don’t have much time to make the hives. We would be very grateful for your generosity. Please help us help Sav.
